Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed and shipped as expediently as possible via the South African Post Office. From the time of placing your order you will be able to track the status of your order through the My Account screen and selecting My Orders, once dispatched you will receive an email advising you of such together with the Item Identifier and a link to the Post Office's Track & Trace website where you can track your parcel.
(Note: this is not available on International or smaller Domestic parcels)
A shipping cost for your order will be calculated during the check out process and parcels may need to be collected from your local post office counter.
Any specific delivery comments/requests should be provided in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box on the Delivery Information page during Check Out.
If any items on your order cannot be shipped together there will be no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments.
Expected Delivery Times
Orders which are paid for by Cheque Deposit will only be shipped after the cheque has cleared (usually 7 days). Once cleared, your order will be dispatched ASAP and you will be advised of this through the shipping advice email.
Domestic - Allow 2-7 working days for delivery.
International - Allow 5-14 working days for delivery. Each country will differ, however, you will receive an expected delivery time with your shipping advice email.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you can return all or part of your order within 30 days of the invoice date. The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, with any tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of DVDs unless they are damaged in which case we will replace with the same title. Please pack it well with the returns slip sent out with your order and return to the address on the returns slip (If you do not have a copy please download the instructions and slip here).
Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on the site. It should be noted that descriptions of performance and suitability are purely subjective.
