We post our orders through the South African Postal Service. They offer a tracking service and a very good turn around in delivery times which take 3-5 days to anywhere in South Africa. - Where do I collect my Order?
All orders are sent to the adress given but becuase of the tracking service will end up at the nearest South African Post Office closest to the given adress. It is therefore important to make sure you have your tracking number with you when you collect your parcel. - How much will postage cost me?
All orders above R300-00 are shipped at no extra cost. This means any product above the value of R300-00 on the website is shipped FREE of charge. And yes this includes bodyboards and products on special provided that they are above R300-00. - Do you offer Speed Services?
Yes,we do. Please contact us to make such arrangements with us. This service will come at an extra charge and the cost is product dependent because it is calculated on the dimensions of the product. This extra cost will be added to the price advertised irrespective if the product is above R300-00 or not. - How do I check the status of my order?
Orders are sent via the South African Postal Service and can be tracked with the tracking number provided when the order is shipped. Log onto to www.sapo.co.za, click on track and trace and enter your tracking number. Alternatively they can be contacted on 0860 111 502. In the case of Speed Services, log onto www.speedservices.co.za, click on track and trace and enter your tracking number. Alternatively they can be contacted on 0860 023 133. - Do you have stock of this product?
Our stock is updated live on our website - if it is on the site then we have it in stock. If you can't find an item you're looking for give us a shout and we will try source the item for you. - Do you have a shop?
Yes, we do. We currently have two shops on the South Coast of KZN. One in Uvongo, on Marine Drive (Opposite the Spar) and another in the Shelly Boulevard, Shelly Beach. For more details and a map to these locations, please look under 'Contact Us' - If I use my Credit Card for payment can you put it onto Budget Facility for me?
We cannot do this, but it is a simple telephone call to the number on your Credit Card to ask the bank to change the purchase onto your Budget Facility. E&OE
